Netizens enraged over video of UNIUYO lecturer flogging student on his butt– “You can’t try this with me”

Netizens have reacted to a video of a lecturer of the University of Uyo flogging a student on his butt.

In the short clip, the lecturer who had a stick in his hand folded the boy’s trousers and landed a single stroke on his buttocks.
