Buhari And Obasanjo Meet In Addis Ababa After The Letter

President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria and former President Dr. Olusegun Obasanjo met in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, today at the opening session of the 30th African Union Summit

Buhari and Obasanjo are meeting for the first time after the controversial letter of Dr. Obasanjo. Both men shook hands and talked for about two minutes, while the former head of state General Abdulsalami Abubakar joined them for a photo snap.

Dr. Obasanjo last week wrote a strong open letter to Buhari, advising him against seeking second term in office in 2019.
OBJ literally accused Buhari of wide scale nepotism and failure to turn around the economy, among others.
