Man Weds A Physically Challenged Woman On A Wheelchair In Akwa Ibom State

Recently a young man who is a graduate of the University of Uyo, in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Utip Okon has demonstrated that love is beyond your physical state, but what is the stuff inside of you. 

Utip proved this when the whole state of Akwa Ibom stood still for him and his better half one Edidiong Edet who is a physically challenged lady  wedded yesterday in a traditional ceremony against all odds. Utip declared that it is better to be with the one your heart wants.

The traditional wedding which took place at the bride's hometown, Ituk Mbang in Uruan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, attracted a mammort crowd from far and near.

It was learnt that the bride, Edidiong is a devout Christian and chorister of The Apostolic Church, who despite being physically challenged, serves God faithfully and diligently. Her angelic voice could raise the dead, one admirer noted.

Both Edidiong and her husband are gainfully employed in the Akwa Ibom State Government House, Uyo.

Edidong couldn't control emotions as her face was  beaming with all smiles and tears of joy throughout the event, waving to God for making her dream come true as a married woman.
